Welcome to the Supper Club Series where we team up with inventive and talented chefs to bring you delicious food and wine pairings that will tantalise and delight your taste buds.

The Supper Club is back this autumn with this delicious seasonal menu prepared by Chef Philippe Roth, previously chef at Le Tastevin (Michelin Star, Maisons-Laffitte, France), a specialist of French and Japanese fusion cuisine:

- Tuna tataki, lightly dashed with Ponzu dressing
- Turbot fillet, infused with ginger and sake bouillon, wakame seaweed garnish
- Breast of duck with hoisin, accompanied by tender broccoli and glazed carrots
- Lemon cheesecake with sable breton, topped with honeycomb ice cream
