Inspired by the Paul Giamatti's line from Sideways, this tasting looks beyond wine stereotypes and digs into what really matters: how wines are made, and why they taste the way they do. Through five thoughtfully chosen wines, we’ll explore grape varieties, regions and winemaking styles that challenge expectations and reveal the stories behind the label.

All wines are paired with cheese/charcuterie nibbles. Please let us know in advance if you have any dietary requirements.
